Coast Chiropractic is excited to join the province in entering Phase 2. With the gradual loosening of restrictions, Dr. Alex will be re-opening on Wednesday, May 20. We are always concerned about your well-being and are delighted that we can start greeting one another face-to-face with warm hellos and smiles.
We will be following the protocols of the Public Health Officer, WorkSafeBC and the College of Chiropractors of BC. Our overriding concern is your safety and the safety of our staff. Accordingly we will be:
- Limiting the number of patients in the office at a time. Seating will be provided both inside and outside the front door, adhering to physical distancing requirements.
- Asking patients to please come by yourself to your appointment. If you are with someone, please ask them to wait in the car.
- Following all hygiene protocols, including hand-washing, table and counter scrubbing and maintaining appropriate physical distancing between patients and staff.
- Booking patients over the phone by appointment only. Patients will be screened to make sure they are not symptomatic and have not been in contact with anyone who has been symptomatic.
- Orienting patients regarding the handling of files and payment while in the office.
