Happy New Year!

We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and a guilt-free New Year’s celebration! The new year is an obvious time to plan ahead and we hope you continue to place your health near the centre of your priorities. To help support you, we have the following workshops coming up in January and February. Many are free of charge and they are held in our clinic.

Introductory Workshop
Monday, January 11 @ 6:00pm

What is Network Spinal Analysis? Who is Dr. Carson and how is this technique better than traditional chiropractic techniques? I’ll give you a hint: We heal your whole nervous system here, not just the bones in your spine. Come to this freeWorkshop to learn more about regaining your best health. If you stop trying to get rid of your symptoms and learn how to connect to what your body really needs, you’ll begin to heal. Dr. Carson will talk about his approach to chiropractic and teach you new ways to get in touch with your body. Bring a friend to this free workshop; you won’t want to miss it! Space is limited, plsregister with Pauline: 604-885-5758; chirointhecreek@gmail.com

Level 2 Workshop
Wednesday, January 20 @ 6:00pm

Transform and Refine: A dynamic 60-minute interactive workshop on the development of the Level 2, somatopsychic wave, and how to leverage the momentum you have built in the first few months of care. This workshop is a free, in-depth, hands-on look at what you’ll be doing each step of the way in Level 2. I promise you, you don’t want to miss this! You must be in Level 2 to attend this workshop. Ask Dr. Dave or Pauline if you aren’t sure.

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) Workshop
Wednesday, February 3 @ 6:00pm

The Somato (Body) Respiratory (Breathing) Integration (SRI) workshop is designed to offer you new options in your experience of your body and your personal healing. SRI educates you to your body’s rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch. SRI provides you with a means of placing your attention on your body, and provides a tool for focusing your attention in a way that works for your healing and empowerment. This workshop is open to all our patients.

“A garden requires patient labour and attention. Plants do not grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions. They thrive because someone expended effort on them”.  Liberty Hyde Bailey

We believe you can view your health the same way this quote views a garden.
